I am so excited to share the Association of Bridal Consultants luncheon that we hosted last week at the warehouse. We so love being a part of ABC-OC and feel very honored to have had such a talented group of people hang out with us for a couple hours in the warehouse over a yummy lunch from Sun Dried Tomato and a wonderful discussion from Leslie Christen and Design Visage. We lined up 8 of our Gavin Tables down the center of the warehouse with a variety of chairs to seat the 42 attendees. So lucky my hubby was there shooting it all. Such a fun afternoon!
This couple is too adorable. It is so obvious just the seeing photos what a joyous celebration it was and I’m so happy that we were able to be a part of their day. I love the way they combined two sets of our vintage doors to create a gorgeous altar and backdrop. If you are anything like myself, you’ll want to head over to see more of these two on Orange Owl Photo’s blog.
Did recognize their best man and maid of honor from our look book, The Game of Love?
One of my favorite venues, the Carondelet House in LA continually sets the stage for gorgeous events, shoots and celebrations. Jackie and Matt’s wedding was no exception. As Jackie explains: Inspired by the time of year, we wanted the celebration to feel like our family living rooms over the holidays. We wanted to capture the warmth, sense of togetherness and ease that comes with the season and infuse the evening air with it. This is exactly the vibe accomplished throughout the celebration with its rich tones and personal touches (not a surprise with stellar designer and planner Wilmarose of Lovely Jubilee!).
This awesome pair asked guest to sign their guest book by suggesting adventures for them to go on or giving words of wisdom. So fun!

It is so special when a couple incorporates personal details into their wedding. It makes such an amazing day that much more memorable. This is exactly what Nate and Lindsay did for their nuptials. The two created a celebration that truly portrayed who they are. Lindsay’s bouquet and sash incorporated material from her mother’s wedding dress and Nate, along with his groomsmen and family, wore bowling shoes – a family tradition for special occasions. Vintage geological maps acted as decor and rocks as a guest book – a nod to the groom’s profession as a geologist. The two chose a cocktail-style reception serving miniature versions of their favorite dishes and even opted for Twinkies and ice cream over cake. Lindsay and Nate brought their fun personalities into planning their wedding and made it a celebration just perfect for them.
I absolutely love this wedding. Everything about this celebration is incredibly beautiful from the gorgeous couple, Meg and Carver, to the amazing photos from onelove photography. I adore the color palette and the classic character of the event. I want to stare at these photos for the rest of the afternoon. Join me will you?
