Lisa and Evan, with the help of Bash, Please and a handful of rad vendors, had quite the memorable celebration. This might just be the most fun wedding I’ve ever seen. The couple wanted to create a night for their guests to have the time of their lives, or as Lisa said an “epic rager to celebrate our love.” And oh did they. The couple created a beautifully personal ceremony (complete with confetti, of course) and an awesomely colorful reception. Though the best part? Oh just a surprise carnival for guests to play and frolick to their heart’s content…. Check out all the fun thanks to photographer Sarah Yates

This Threadsence shoot took place a few months ago but I have been dying to share it and figured better late than never, right? I love the way they used these pieces, and does the setting look familiar? It’s Elly, the new home of Found Vintage Rentals (before we moved in) :)
The Found team and I had such an amazing time at The Cream and were so excited to be among the crop put together by the Bash, Please girls. Everyone brought their “A” game in rad shades of neon to The Book Bindery. Check out some snap shots from the night!
Found’s lounge vignettes had a front row seat to the dance floor. My favorite contribution was our bright pink heart shining on all the onlookers.
Stoked that we could help Simple Things add a rustic touch to their corner.
I am finally getting around to posting some pictures from The Cream. We spent almost 2 full days installing for the big night and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We were lucky enough to provide furniture for a lot of the other vendors involved, so we ended up delivering almost 4 full truck loads! It was a fantastic night and I am always so excited to be a part of such a wonderful collaboration of talent! My hubby and I weren’t able to be there until almost 9:00pm because it was our kids Open House that night and our son was in a play.
These were taken by my hubby once we arrived….The party was in full swing so I asked him just to grab a few quick shots before we started mingling. I’m so glad he did! This is our light fixture installation, complete with edison bulbs and lots of neon yarn ;)
Why yes, that is our neon heart hanging from the rafters….
So our main installation consisted of a progression of chairs. I love the beauty of a deconstructed chair and I really wanted to show the progression of what most of my chairs go through. We displayed each one on a raised wooden box with custom lights we had made, over each one. I really wanted to present them as a work of art. I am so fortunate that the Bash,Please ladies had given me this 70ft long stretch to display. I started with just the frames of chairs….and gradually progressed to the completely re-upholsterd chairs. There were 12 total….6 on each side.
This picture definitely shows it best…
These are just a couple quick shots of how Urbanic and Wiley Valentine used some of our pieces. I am dying to see more pics from the other vendors!

This time, it’s all about the neon, and as you can see above I have already started getting ready! I met this super cool vendor at the Rosebowl Flea Market last month & asked him to make me a custom heart with white chippy paint (shocking, I know) and neon pink edison bulbs. I couldn’t be happier with it!
This will be the first of many new fun additions to the Found collection. With an inspiration board like this…I’ve got to get busy! Little different than my normal muted tones, but I am definitely up for the challenge!
Join us to see the fun new finds from Found. And expect a smashing good time!

I am so excited to share the pictures from Unveiled LA with you all. I was honored that Larrissa from Inviting Occassion and Jaime from 24 Carrots asked me to be a part of their amazing space. Larrissa is one of the most talented people I have ever met, and I am lucky to be associated with any project she is involved in! She told me her vision (which was turned into the collateral below in the first picture), and I think (hope) it turned out to be everything she was hoping for.
Although we were super bummed on Sunday when the decision had to be made to move the event to Monday night due to the rain, it was definitely a blessing in disguise. I must say, staring at the sky for 5 hours on Sunday morning hoping desperately that the rain would subside, was worth the beautiful sunny skies that we were blessed with on Monday.
I asked my amazing hubby to help with this project…..Shocking, I know! It’s not my fault that he is so talented!!! We basically wanted to cover up the entire metal frame that defined our space so Joel built these posts out of reclaimed wood which we put around the metal poles. I had my amazing seamstress Trish, from Cottage by Design sew this amazing Canopy cover….basket weave style! It looks simple, but let me tell you, there is a lot of detail and, hours of labor poured into this beauty. She, once again, surpassed my expectations! It turned out exactly like what we were hoping for! Both of these pieces will be added to the inventory to be used as a huppah, or any other canopy needed to add a little something special. My hubby made these amazing frames out of reclaimed wood for the signs that 24 carrots had made for us. I am in love with how they turned out. Chippy paint=happiness!
I am always in awe of how Larissa chooses the most beautiful flowers, and places them so perfectly and naturally. Beautiful!
The food that 24 Carrots served was absolutely amazing!
Joel was making us laugh :) I know it looks like we called each other to color coordinate our outfits….but I guess we were just on the same page with that too!
I purchased a few pieces and had a few made just for this event, which have not yet been photographed, but we will be adding them to the gallery soon :)
